Job profile: The candidate would be responsible for customer satisfaction within set time frames, minimize customer dissonance, optimize charge out and cost per transaction, report customer satisfaction levels and develop reports for the process improvement plans, prepare customer and vendor log.
The candidate would also be required to implement new negotiated facilities services and work in coordination with operations staff on client issues, policy changes. The candidate would work on US/UK Semi Voice Processes involving Night Shifts as work hours.
Qualifications: Fresher / Graduate in any field can apply for the given posts. BE/BTECH/MCA holders need not apply.

payment is per year or per month??
Hello sir/mam, I’m an avg student nd passed my engineering degree wid 1 to 8 sem aggregate as, 58% nd 5 to 8 sem aggregate as 65%.. Can i be eligible to apply for job in wipro, infosys, like bip companies as a fresher..? Give me any advices so that i have a job in my hand as a fresher as soon as possible.
i completed B.tech. C.S.E with 72% could i get a govt job?
and when would the bsnl written test be conducted?
