Respected Member,

TET means teacher's eligibility test. There are two types of TET. One is PTET & another one is TET. PTET is primary teacher's eligibility test & TET I have stated earlier. Now question is for which you are going to apply. For PTET B.ED is not must. D.ED is applicable here. But with out this two degree you can apply for PTET. There are some marks reserved for the applicants who has already completed those degrees. If you do not do then you will not get that marks. Rules of TET is little bit different in many states. In some states you can not apply for TET with out B.ED like West Bengal. So it will be better for you to check clearly the eligibility criteria of the advertisement for TET exam. Generally you cana apply with out B.ED and ccan complete your B.ED during your job as a teacher.
