Can. I open my own lab after bsc dmlt...Please tell me the detail

Dear Sir,
There is a B sc D M L T person who is running his own pathology laboratory. High Court has passed an order that only M.D pathologist can run a Lab and sign the reports. The Indian Medical Council has issued letters to Doctors stating that they should NOT refer patients to such Labs which do not have M.D pathologist. What do you have to say

Govt has passed paramedical bill which will allow paramedical labs to run without MD patho..Also court has rejected request of Md doctors asking ban on dmlt labs.Govt is democratic elected by common people.MCI does not have right to call BSC run labs as illegal

I run my own pathology lab last 1year under md path doctor but now I want to remove his panel n run the lab on my own degree it is possible.i am graduate in microbiology n three years diploma in medical laboratory

is your DR a visiting Dr or just gives his name .... u can get dr for 4000 rs just for name..
No need of dr if your referring doctor is not insisting on Md path ,, just u can sign the reports ,, also there are hundreds of lab in mumbai and many thousands lab in Maharashtra which are manged by dmlt only

Respected Sir, I have completed B.Sc Nursing. Now i'm interested to run own lab. so, if i do DMLT course and can run my own Lab??? After completing B.Sc, DMLT is one year or 2 year course??.

What other course do you have to take to have the license to open up your own laboratory
