i have completed intermediate on 2007 (sc category) shall i send my aplication for iist entrance exam

You are not eligible for IIST entrance exam (ISAT).

Only those candidates are eligible for ISAT-2012 who have qualified 12th (or equivalent)
in the year 2011 with 70% marks in PCM
or
those who are going to appear 12th board exam in the year 2012.

Because this exam is conducted only for the elgible candidate of ISAT-2012
who have qualified in 10+2 with 70% marks in 2011.

so you had completed your 10+2 before 4 years so that you are not eligible

IIST stands for Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology

The Indian candidate who has appeared or passed the qualifying exam of 10+2 in the year of 2011 or 2012 with securing minimum 70% marks in PCM for general category and 60% in Sc/ST category can only apply for IIST entrance exam for 2012.

Those candidates who have qualified 10+2 exam with Physics,chemistry,and math exam,gaining percentage 70% in 2011,also candidate who will appear 10+2 exam in 2012 with pcm subject also are eligible for IIST entrance exam.also appearing 10+2 student have to submit result of 70% marks after announcing result .
