Re: Can I write IBPS PO exam after doing BSc B.Ed
Institute of Banking Personnel Services - IBPS conducts the Bank PO entrance exam for which you can not apply if do not have any computer certificate, diploma or degree.
However you can do so if Computer Science was one of the subjects in 12th standard or in your graduation course. If not then I am afraid you are not eligible for the IBPS Bank PO. I will suggest you to do some basic course in Computers. IBPS is not looking for too much knowledge of Computers from the candidates. All it wants that candidate should be able to operate the Computers. Therefore any short term course would be sufficient enough to be eligible for the IBPS Bank PO entrance exam. IBPS Bank PO Eligibility 1. You nationality should be Indian for this exam. 2. Bachelor's degree in any discipline is acceptable. 3. Must have 60 percent or more marks in graduation. 4. You should have certificate/diploma in Computers. 5. Else Computer Science should be subject in 12th or college. 6. The age limit is 20 to 28 years for the exam. Upper Age Limit Relaxation 1. OBC - 3 years 2. SC/ST - 5 years 3. PWD - 10 years List of Banks that Participates in IBPS Bank PO Allahabad Bank Andhra Bank Bank of Baroda Bank of India Bank of Maharashtra Canara Bank Central Bank of India Corporation Bank Dena Bank Indian Bank Indian Overseas Bank Oriental Bank of Commerce Punjab National Bank Punjab & Sind Bank Syndicate Bank Union Bank of India United Bank of India UCO Bank Vijaya Bank |
