The candidates who want to join the Indian banking field such candidates have to full fill these conditions

** The candidates should complete graduation from the recognized college
** The candidates should be Indian citizen

Eligibility To Write IBPS Exam


The IBPS(Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) Exam is conducted every year twice for selection of candidates to the probationary officer's as well as clerical cadre posts in 20 nationalized banks..

You may appear for the IBPS Common Written Exam if you satisfy the following minimum conditions :-

> The candidates must have completed their graduation from a recognized institution in any stream..

> The candidates must not be more than 28 years of age and must not be less than 20 years..

> OBC candidates have an upper age relaxation of 3 years and 5 years age relaxation for SC/ST candidates..


The posts are filled as per the vacancies available in the state from which the candidate appears for the exam..

>> Personal Interview


The written exam will test you on questions related to the following topics :-

>> Computer Awareness
>> General Knowledge

IBPS is Institute of Banking Personnel Selection and it conducts examination for recruiting Banking staffs in 20 PSU Banks in India.

Eligibility Criteria for IBPS Exam:

-For IBPS Clerk you must have Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University with computer knowledge. There is no percentage criteria for Clerical exam.

-For IBPS PO you should be Graduate in any discipline with 60 % marks.

-For IBPS specialist officer you must have the required Graduation degree if you want to apply for it.

Age Criteria:

-For IBPS Clerical age should be between 18 to 28 years for General Category.

-For IBPS PO age should be between 21 to 30 years for General Category.

-For Specialist Officer age should be between 21 to 35 years for General Category.

Age relaxation will be there for categories like SC/ST, OBC , PWD etc.

Examination Pattern:

-You have to qualify a objective type paper which will have 5 sections and negative marking will be there for wrong answers.

-You have to pass in every section of the paper then only you will qualify for interview.

-The marks in paper and interview will decide whether you will be selected or not.

Well dear ibps board conducts exam for the posts of po and clerk every year.so many students appear for it every year.
ELIGIBILITY:
you must have a graduation degree from a recognised university with at least 60% marks.
Age limit is 20 to 28 years.

Dear friend,
To give IBPS exam, the student must have done graduation from a government recognised university with atleast 60% marks. The age limit for the exam is 21 to 28 years.
There is negative marking in the exam in which 1/4 of the marks will be cut if you give wrong answer.
After passing the exam, you will be allowed to give personal interview.

Eligibility criteria for Clerical Exam :
You must be having at least 60% of marks inyour 12th from recognized board.
Your age should be between 18 to 28 yrs.
Eligibility criteria for PO Exam:
You must be having at least 50% of marks inyour graduation from recognized university and 5% relaxation is available for SC and ST candidates.
Your age should be between 18 yrs to 28 yrs.

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts this Online Exam for Clerical Cadre posts. Total no of questions is 200, total marks 200 and total time duration of 2 hours for objective types questions. There will be Negative Marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in the objective type exam.
The candidates who qualified in the online test, they are considered for the vacancies of the participating banks, the cut-off will be decided based on the average 1/4 Standard Deviation for general candidates and 3/4 Standard Deviation for reserved category candidates.
Candidates who qualify in CWE Clerk-II, will subsequently be called for a Common Interview to be co-ordinated by IBPS. Candidates, successful in qualifying in both the CWE and Common Interview will be listed in the order of merit. Depending on the vacancies in each bank of his preference, candidate will receive through a computerised system an offer from any one of the Participating Public Sector Bank

IBPS stands for the Institute of Banking and personnel selection.It conducts entrance examinations for the posts of clerk and probationary officers for the 19 nationalised banks.

The procedure to write IBPS examinations is :

Step1: First of all you need to become eligible for the examinations.

For clerk ,the minimum academic qualification is 10+2 from a recognized board.the age limit is 18-28 years.

For P.O ,bachelor's degree is the least educational qualifications required for this examinations.The age limit is 21-30 years with upper age relaxed to reserved category.

Step 2:If you are eligible for the examination then you need to apply for the examinations at the official website of IBPS .

The examination pattern for the IBPS exam is as below:

Dear Aspirant,

IBPS is an bank exam which recruits students who wish to work in the Bank.

To write the IBPS exam you need to be an Graduate with a 60% aggregate in all the semesters in your graduation.

There are various categories in the ibps exam.

SPECIALIST OFFICERS and normal officers.

For the IT/CSE students the post available are IT officer and the Technical Officer.

Hi Guest,

In order to write IBPS exam you need to apply for the exmiantion online.

There is also offline mode to apply but it is better to go for online mode which is very secure and you will be getting the details as soon as possible.

If you have completed graduation you can apply for the examination.
