I am having MCA and not other institution certificates is my Master degree eligible or not for Allahabad PO's

yes mca students can also applied for allhabad bank po bcoz the minimum eligibility criteria for the po is a candidate must complete graduation with atleast 60% mark. the minimum age limit 21-28 years as on 1.1.2011

First of all appear for this exam graduation qualification is sufficient. Since you are a MCA you can appear for it. But there are some conditions which you need to fulfill like you must have passed the course from a recognised institute. Your age must not be over 30 years. If you fulfill all the conditions then you can apply for the post.

Eligibility: Those interested to apply Allahabad Bank PO recruitment,

* Should be 21 - 30yrs of age, as on 1.1.2011

* Must have 55% marks aggregate in Graduation (any discipline), as on 1.1.2011

* Computer course certificate from training institute is necessary



Selection for PO posts will have Written test & Interview.Apart from cut-off score for each objective test, candidates should secure 40% aggregate in written test.For each wrong answers, negative marks would be awarded & those shortlisted will be called for Interview process.


Application fee of Rs.400(Gen/OBC) or Rs.50(SC/ST) has to be paid with challan at any Allahabad bank branch.After payment, applicants can submit their online application available at www.allahabadbank.com before March 1, 2011. It is necessary to preserve the challan & application copy for reference.

i have done bca, no any graduation. can i apply for allahabad bank po examination?

i am in mca final year with 62.8% and also done Pgdca with 56% and bsc with 54.2% and 10 2 with 60% will i be eligible for bank po exam
