can one be admitted to the course even if they do not stay in india?...please tell me the possibility

but within 3 months you should to go there for one time
in that university where you are going to take admission .
so you can take it there is no problem with that .

I am happy to inform you that you can apply database course through online.
but you have to come to India regularly within 2-3 month.

In my opinion you should come to India after completing the course you can go back again to other country.
