This is Banshi here, please clarify this requested question.....

Can other proffesionals (like computer sc & engg, mechanical, electrical, electronics...etc) do the CIVIL Engineering courses and get the opportunity to work in a civil Engg organizations...

It sounds kind of dramatic if someone , evenafter being called 'professional', is thinking to change his/her line , so as to make his future in that line. And it seems you are aging in the 30s and thinking to change your profession by getting the degree in civil engineering .
The only thing one can do is to have a kind of appreciation course or workshop organised by universities time to time of duration not less than 3-6 months. It will give an insight of thinking the core of that subject line. Although it wont guarantee you to get the job in this field, but it make you considerable for a small domain of job profile. because after complete your engineering in one trend then you can not do others
subject.

I think it is imposible for anyone to change his proffesion to civil Engineering from any other profession

There are three core streams in Engineering. Civil, Electrical and Mechanical. It is impossible for the other stream students to shift into this three streams.
This core three streams can change their stream to any stream either than civil, electrical and Mechanical.

When it comes in the case of profession, It is impossible for any stream proffesional to come in this civil stream......

No, it is not possible for anyone to change his proffesion to civil Engineering from any other profession

There are Four core streams in Engineering.
Civil
Electrical
Electronics
and Mechanical. It is impossible for the other stream students to shift into this three streams.While you are still in Second Year I semester there is amall chance of changing your branch if there is availabilty of seat in othe branch , that will carry out seeing you academic performance .
When it comes in the case of profession, It is impossible for any stream proffesional to come in this civil stream......

Sorry dear, you can't do this. It's just impossible. Specially Engineering streams like Civil, Mechanical and Electrical doesn't offer this. Stream of CSS can be changed to IT stream but which thing you want, its just impossible. You should focus on your own department of training now.
