Can we become private bank's Manager after qualifying Chartered Accountancy course?
After becoming a Chartered Accountant can we directly apply for private bank's Manager post? Or, do we need to write to any entrance? If yes, then could you please share the entrance details.

Yes you can go. But mostly you will get Bank manager or Auditor or senior bank accountant, These kind of job you will get mostly. Career is not very challenging in banking sector for CAs.
