Hello Sir/Mam, I have completed my study and got 55% in all five subjects included PCM. Can I get job at officer level rank in merchant navy or not? I have also qualify CCC exam and still in graduation.

Note that you cannot get Officer level rank in Merchant Navy on the basis of your 12th marks. You must have to be competent enough for Officer level rank.

As you have completed 12th standard, then if you are completing Pre-Sea Nautical Diploma course. Then, you will be eligible for Trainee Cadet post and Deck Cadet post.

However, for joining as Trainee cadet, 1 year of pre-sea course is mandatory. While for deck cadet post, 18 months of service at sea as a deck cadet is necessary.

While for joining Merchant Navy post as an Officer (say 3rd Officer/2nd Officer), you will have to complete 2nd Mate (FG) Certificate of Competency. Along with this, 18 months of service at sea as 2nd or 3rd officer.

2nd Mate (FG) Certificate of Competency is actually a exam that you need to qualify. It includes education and training required to meet the standards of competence.
