I am pursuing diploma in mechanical engineering. .. My age is 26+ on 5th October 2016 my age will be 27...... can I able to appear in wbjee jelet exam? ??

Yes, you are eligible to appear in WBJEE JELET examination even if you are 27 years old. There is no age restriction for Diploma holders to appear in WBJEE JELET examination. Candidates who have obtained an aggregate of 45% (40% for SC/ST) marks in Diploma course from a recognised board are eligible to appear in WBJEE JELET examination. Since, there is no age restriction for Diploma holders, you are eligible to appear in JELET examination.

Yes, you are eligible for WBJEE JELET exam.

JELET Stands for Joint Engineering Lateral Entry Test. JELET Exam is Conduct by West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam Board.

Eligibility for WBJEE JELET exam:-

(i)You should have passed (OR) Candidate should have passed diploma course in Engineering/Technology/Pharmacy with above 50% marks.

(ii)Final year of diploma course candidates are eligible.

(iii)Your minimum age should be 17 years.
