Is CAT compulsory for MBA or GATE is also good enough to get admission in MBA?
Sir, my son studying BE Mechanical Engineering and we wants to get him admission in MBA at Barathi Dasan Institute of Management, Trichirapalli. Can he eligible with valid GATE score or he have to score in CAT? Please advise.

MBA stands for Master in Business Administration. For admission to MBA courses, you will have to crack entrance exams like:
You can also take direct admission to MBA programmes if the college provides admission through Management Quota. While GATE stands for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering which is conducted for admission to post graduate programmes in engineering. So, you can't take admission to MBA programmes on the basis of GATE score. You have to crack any MBA entrance exam mentioned above to get admission for MBA programme. |
