Chances of becoming a Manager in a reputed MNC IT company through 5 years of practical experience for BTech student?


Hello everyone, I am currently studying in BTech course. I just want to know that if I gather 5 years of practical experience then what are my chances of becoming a Manager in any reputed MNC IT company? Please tell me about this immediately.
