Eligibility to do Diploma course in AMIE for a Design Engineer with 7 years of working experience?

Hi, I have completed my ITI from a Government recognized institution and Diploma from a private institution. So, am I eligible to apply for Diploma course in AMIE? Currently I am doing job as a Design Engineer from last 7 years.
