It is not compulsory to get training before job but if you have training exposure, then it will definitely help you in getting job in a good company.
There are many IT companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro and other top companies, that recruit MCA Graduates along with the Engineering Graduates. Hence, you shouldn't worry because MCA is at par with B.Tech and you will be eligible to apply for most top jobs. Just make sure that you have got above 60% marks in all the academic exams till now from 10th to MCA. Top companies like TCS, Infosys and Wipro ask for a good academic record from you school level to college level. Hence, if you have a good record then you can apply for these top companies. You can give interview in these companies and if you are found to be suitable, then there is no doubt that you will get the job. |
