You are interested to join IIT through IIT-JEE exam so you can prepare well to all your study books .You can practice well to the previous year Question Paper also , from this you will gain some idea about the Question Type.

In my opinioun you should join bansil classes in kota which have high selections but in banglore u can join rawat classes for iit - jee entrance exams

here is my analysis as a parent:
from 2013-14, there will be no IIT JEE and only one common entrance called ISEET.
Selection to IITs will have below considerations

Board exam marks 40% weightage
prelims-30% weightage
Mains-30%weightage.
morever nature of examinations will be different that earlier since there will be questions based on mental abilities and reasoning, unlike earlier only on physics , chemistry and mathematics.
so u need to be REALLY very good.

My further ananlysis says

PACE/ACE- have mass crowd and out of 10, only 2 teachers on average are good. they are cheapest in fees.
FITJEE-very costly- also selection criterion tough-best will anyway find the way to IIT irrespective of them.
Scolar minds edumentors - I have really like these people, they offer a great combination of curriculum and activities, which would have prepared my child for ISEET better tahan any above, but these people take classes only till class X. My child is going to class XI.

Akash institute-havent explored, but heard its no different than base/ace.

so for class XI- X may consider FITJEE, and if class IX-X, i will recommend scholar minds . Their fees is half than FITJEE. and course contents are better than FITJEE.

ScholarMinds have started class XI-XII. One may explore.
My child studied there for IX-X. H eis passing out of class XII now and enrolled in crash course for class XII. Happy with the individualized sessions and motivation given to my son. I think at this time he needs that the most.
