You need to decide on course before selecting colleges. IIT’s are good for engineering courses. Government medical colleges or other reputed institutions can be selected for medicine related courses. Arts, commerce or science courses are available in reputed Universities. Osmania University, Delhi University, etc are some of the well known Universities.
