I secured 96.2% and I have 97.3% in groups am I eligible to get seat inssn institutions

Can I get the seat in ssn engineering college .I scored 95 percentage in my 12th board exam. I scored 98 percentage in my 10th board exam. am l eligible to get a seat in my favourite SSN engineering college.
