It will be difficult to predict the college on the basis of rank and the marks.
As the selection of college is totally based on counselling, so its hard to
say you any thing.

Every thing is depend upon the result of the counselling. But you get
the good marks in your GATE examination I mean above the cutoff marks
and your AIR is also good so it may be possible that you will get any of the below colleges.
