Since, you are looking to pursue B.Sc [Hons] program from a recognized University, then you may look to opt for the Lovely Professional University [LPU]. The University offers B.Sc [Hons.] in the following departments:

• Biotechnology

HI!
After passing 12th with 67% marks you have less chance to get admission in top college for B.Sc.

Your admission in B.Sc will depend on 12th class marks.

If you want you cam apply for B.Sc course in college in:-
> Delhi University
> Jamia Islamia
> I.P University, Delhi
> B.H.U
> Patna University
> Birla Institute of Technology
etc

Looking at current competition level , even students having 70-80 % are not able to find college of their choice, so i think its not possible for you to enroll in regular course,
but yes, you can take admission in correspondence course
Or you have an option to do course through IGNOU open course learning.

You can get admission is reputed institutes like Lovely Professional University, SRM university, Shivnadar university etc for B.Sc Honors in subjects like Botany, Zoology, Physics, Chemistry, Maths etc. But you may have to appear for the university level tests to qualify for it.
