My UPTU rank is 4585/-. Can someone please guide me which college I can get on this rank?

Also if I can get CS stream in IET Lucknow or MMM Gorakhpur.

In IET Lucknow all the branches are equally good. If you are not sure of your genuine interest then Don't be too rigid as far as branch is concerned.You will have very good opportunities in all the branches. Do consider the option of Mechanical,electrical and civil at IET. They are at par with CS. In addition to this Lucknow factor attracts a lot of companies at IET. And if you are not getting core branches at both IET and HBTI then you may go for core branches at MMM Grkh which again has a good reputation. Another thing to keep in mind is that core companies for branch EC do not generally visit these regional colleges. Opt for EC only if you want to do an MTech in future because as far as job is concerned EC people land up in software companies which doesn't make sense. Take this as an advice from person who has already completed engineering(IET Lucknow).. but In the end decision is yours,good luck.
