Can I get admission in MMM Engineering College, Gorakhpur for Mechanical, Civil or ECE stream if secured 1117 OBC rank in UPSEE? In which college and for which branch I will get admission? Whether KNIT, Sultanpur became Autonomous?

my name is HIMANSHU VERMA. please tell me the colleges with the branches which i can get in UPSEE COUNSELLING with GEN(4658) & OBC(1117) in UPSEE.

can i get MECH/CIVIL or ECE in MMM,GORAKHPUR with the above rank??

i also wanted to know whether KNIT,SULTANPUR has become AUTONOMOUS as MMM,GORAKHPUR & which branches i can get in KNIT,SULTANPUR??
