i have pcm with IP(informatic practice) in 12. I want to do software engineering so which colleges should i apply for as i have applied for aieee and what other colleges(preferebly in delhi) should i will for.

Dear friend,

After the class 12 you can't enter in the Software Engineering line directly. For do the Software Engineering course first of all do either graduation from technical line or go for the Computer Engineering. And there after you can apply for the Software Engineering course.

The complete process are given below:

To become a software engineer, it is a step to step process.
1. BCA + MCA (Software Engineering) or MCA*
2. B.Sc (Computer Science) + MCA (Softaware Engineering) or MCA*
3. B.Sc (Hons.) in*Mathematics + MCA (Software Engineering)*or MCA*(Best Course)
4. B.Sc (Hons.) Computer Science *+ MCA (Software Engineering)*or MCA*(Best course)
5. B.Tech (Computer Engineering)*(Best Course)

After by any above way you will be successful software engineering in future.*
But in all the above all are the best except BCA + MCA*because*when you develop any software there is need of mathematics but *when you do the BCA there is only minor mathematics syllabus. But in the other there is particular subject of mathematics which help you in crack the test of MCA or*developing*software. So that's reason BCA + MCA is not good option to become a Software Engineering.*

And except BCA + MCA all are the best way to become a successful Software engineering.

And also completing your MCA then you can prefer the M.Tech which will help you in depth study of SE.
