I am not a resident of Delhi but i am doing my 12th from a school in Delhi. Can I apply for medical entrance test for Delhi medical colleges?

I am Scheduled caste candidate resident of haryana state but i am doing my 12th from a school in Delhi under CBSE DELHI. Can I eligibal in delhi state quota
If i am not eligibal please tell me i applied under un reserved quota in 2nd state quota and applied other choice of seats in SC quota

i am not a resident of delhi but i passed my 12th from school in delhi .am i elligible for reservation in dpmt?
