What are the Colleges that conduct their own entrance exams for Mtech courses apart from accepting GATE scores ?

If you can get a direct admission in M.Tech course then what is the need of giving any enrance exam.

IP University gives direct admission in M. Tech course to the candidates (Gate/Non-Gate) depending on their percentage in the graduation. A merit list is generated on the basis of gate scores for the admission and then the remaining vacant seats are filled on the basis of percentage in the graduation. You will have to wait for next year as the admission for this year is already completed.

i wanna pursue M.tech in mechanical engineering. could you please help regarding this like entrance exams,dates and so on...

for m.tech you should try for GATE that is a common entrance exam....through which you can go to any college in India ........and there are some other universities which conducttheir own entrance exan .....for which you have to visit their websites........

colleges like vit,bharath university they conduct there own exams.
its better you write gate along with these exams because it bgives you chance to take admission in any college in India

which promotes in this regard.
There is other way of sponsorship in m.tech education.
this is the way without gate.
you have to individually apply in colleges
