Biomedical Engineering is a challenging field that develops and perfects tools and techniques that extend and enhance the capability of a clinician in medical procedures, and helps in the monitoring and control of the physiological parameters of patients. Engineering graduates with a background in Electrical, Electronics, Communication and Instrumentation Engineering are eligible for this postgraduate course. This course is open to Doctors and students with Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy also. Besides, adequate exposure to Anatomy and Physiology, students are educated in the theory and practice of Biomedical Instrumentation.

it is nice that you are interested in m.tech,
as you are b.pharma students so you can not give the gate exam from 2010,
so you have to give the exam of CET or nipper,
then after you can take admission,

andhra unicersity

anna university
you can apply in any of these colleges based on your gate score

there are only few colleges in India which offers this course and also there is not much demand in India,
so my advice for you is to try and pursue this course in country like america or Australia were there demand of this course

Biomedical engineering is only going to rise in coming years . Almost all the newspapers in US rate Biomedical engineeering in top of the promising-carrers-list . But , it is adviced that you do master's degree or Phd degree to increase your chances of job . Let me refer you a link assistance , biomedical engineering
