In india, there is no recognized universities offering M.Arch in the Part-time course except few as of now, you can try the Anna university (SAP) School of Architecture and Planning which is very well known for the part-time Architecture course in the PG. But the application procedure may be over. check out this link:

There is a good range of masters subjects proivded at INdian Education Society of Architecture, bandra West, I wwas an ex student there and the staff and faculty is very good.
