In which colleges there is scope of lateral entry for b.tech degree? Is there any harm in the degree issued by the college from which lateral degree have been pursued?

there are so many colleges giving chance for lateral entry students because you are very much talented in technical side....some of the colleges are andhra loyola institute of engineering and technology,vijayawada,vr siddhartha college in vijayawada,sri vidhyanikethan in tirupati,bapatla engineering college in bapatla,audhishankara college in gudur,gudlavelleru college in gudlavalleru,laki reddy balla reddy in myllavaram,cbit college in hydrabad,sri vasavi college in hydrabad,malla reddy college in hydrabad.there are so many colleges
