i have 64% in class X. And in class XII i have 55.8%..

now i m the final year student of B.tech(ECE)..in b.tech my average percentage is 65% (upto 6th semester)..

sir,my question is, "in how many companies i m not eligible??"

ans -: only some of the company .
some company required only 60% of marks in overall sem so u try in other company .

Different companies have different eligibility criteria. 65% is good enough in B.Tech to become eligible in campus placement.
Very few companies take 10th and 12th percentage in their eligibility criteria.

So no need to worry. Try to improve your percentage in 7th and 8th sem.

dear friend,, am to facing the same situation but in bit differnt manner i am totally eligible in 10 and 12 with 70% but 64.8% in B.E ain and just bcoz of 65% throughout eligibilty criteria i am unable to sit in INFOSYS..

my friend never try to fool the criteria otherwise your degree will be kept on hold for 6-7 months and ul not be able to sit in further companies,

so sit in only those companies whose criteria is fullfilled..

actually at this percentage, you will not be able to give interview in campus placement. but don,t lose your heart, you are eligible for giving interview to all other companies which you find by your own means.

i have 75% in class X, 61% in class XII,,and my B.E agreegate is 55%(up to 6th sem) and i have one back log,,,,am i eligible for a reputed company,,plz help me out

Do not have negative attitude.
Dont count no of companies you are not eligible in.
Try to appear for campus interviews if possible.
Register yourself in various websites which will help you in finding job like www.timesjobs.com or www.mosterindia.com,etc.
Also personally go to various comapnies in order to get a job.
You may also search for it in newspaper.
Dont be disheartened.
After 3 to 5 years of experience no one is going to ask you about your 10th or 12th marks after all.
So Be positive...........

Since your 12th standard marks is not above 60%,you can not sit for leading companies in our country.
Here are such companies in which you are not eligible :

1.TCS
2.CTS
3.WIPRO
4.IBM
5.INFOSYS

Banking sector examination will not also allow you for their examination.
I can suggest you to do higher study and make a good job.

i have 64%(upto 6th sem) in btech, 84% in 10th and 65% in 12th. can i sit for tcs, infosys, wipro and ericson?
