Is it compulsory to do 11th and 12th for writing UPSC examination?

My name is Vignesh and I have completed UG degree from Tamil Nadu Open University but I am not having 12th standard. I am having only 10th standard and UG degree from Tamil Nadu Open University. Can I appear in UPSC Civil Service examination?

It is not mandatory to pursue std 11th and std 12th to become eligible to appear in the Civil Service examination after completion of bachelor degree.

Candidates pursuing in bachelor degree after diploma course are eligible to appear in the examination.

So, any equivalent qualification to std 12th and then pursuing bachelor degree is eligible to appear in the examination. Examination is conducted in three stages for final selection.

For more information about the examination visit at www.upsc.gov.in.
