Both courses are good. It depends upon your choice of career. After doing B.Sc in computer science, you can get a job in an IT company or do your masters in computer science. Whereas after doing a B.Com you can choose accounting or finance as your field. You can even do your MBA in Finance after B.Com. You should choose the option which interests you more.
