Both M.Sc (mathematics) and M.Sc (statistics) are equally beneficial. Both the course offers offer adequate scope for higher studies as well as career. You can join M.Tech degree after completing the course. NET qualified candidates can join as Asst Professor. Research Fellow positions are offered through a lot of firms.
