In order to join MCA, a candidate need not necessarily be from BCA. Even a candidate from B.Sc. Maths is eligible to join MCA. Only thing that is required is the candidate should have come across Mathematics as one of the subject at 10+2 or Graduation.
As per that you can join MCA. As you have not completed graduation, start preparation for the respective entrance exams along with academics. The admission to MCA will be given depending upon your performance in the entrance test. So prepae well for the entrance exam and try to get good rank and there by you can get admission in good college. MCA is in good demand these days. Top IT companies are hiring the MCA candidates with good salaries. So, be good enough in programming languages and other aspects and make sure that you will be placed by campus recruitment itself |

Eligibility criteria for MCA course:
Candidate should complete any graduation degree with any discipline from recognized university. As you have complete graduation degree with B.Sc course,then your are eligible for MCA course. To get admission in good colleges,you have to appear for entrance exam.If you qualify in that exam,definitely,you can admission in good college. |

your eligible for MCA. BCA is the based on computer applications,after completing BCA your eligible for MCA. so choose best choice which one will be improve your knowledge.all the best

look you may do any course that you want to do i mean whether it is bca or b.sc with maths... so you need not to worry now at graduation level you may take any subject of your interest.. |

well out of both the courses that you have shortlisted you may do any one among them since both will take you to a career in mca after graduation yes it is necessary to have maths either you do bca or b.sc choose the course in which you are interested best of luck |

Yes, my friend you can join in MCA course after completion of B.Sc in maths.. For getting admission in MCA course you have to appear in entrance exams like- 1.NIMCET 2.JECA etc.. After qualifying in any of these exam you can able to take admission in MCA course. Eligibility for appearing in those exams:- 1.Candidate must have maths or stats in 12th or in graduation. As you have maths in graduation then you are eligible for MCA course. All the best. |
