MBA stands for Master of Business Administration and MCA stands for Master of Computer Applications. The duration of MBA course is of 2 years and of MCA course is 3 years.

One thing I suggest you is, give much importance to get the job which you are interested rather than to get the job where you will be paid high.

Because, if you join in the job which you are interested and where your strengths are being fully utilized, obvioulsy, you can perform well in that job there be you can get promotion will reach to higher level positions in that organization in short span of time.

As per the high salary between MBA and MCA courses, its not that you will be paid high after completion of MCA and less by MBA. Both the courses are having good career scope and job opportunities for the candidates.

Only thing is that the candidate have to make most out of these courses. If you get job in top MNCs in good job positions, obviously you will be paid high.

MBA candidates are having good number of job opportunities in variety of business sectors where as MCA candidates are having good number of Jobs in IT Companies.

The growth is so quick in IT companies for the candidates of MCA. These people will also have good number of on site opportunities too.

So, join the course which you are interested by cracking the respective entrance exam to join that course.

Wish you all the best.

Hai,
I think MCA is the better way to get more salary than MBA.
But the duration of the MCA (MASTER OF COMPUTER APPLICATIONS) course is 3 years and the duration of the MBA (MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION ) course is 2years.
Choice is in your hand nowadays mba is more better than mca.
Just follow your heart.
All the best

The advantage and
disadvantage of a
course is not
depend on the type
of degree/course
curriculum. Your professional
courses are depends
on majorly two
things: 1. Your interests
and abilities
(Priority 1)
2. Market demand Both MCA and MBA
are good in market
demand but
getting the right
career/job, which is
an ultimate goal, depends how much
dedication, interest
and ability you
have shown and
achieved in getting
these courses. Just for name sake
passing such kind
of professional
course will not give
your the right
career path.

mba is more better than for doing mca becoz mba have lot of job opertiunities mba have lot of specilizations but mca have only one. and also mca is not demand in software fields becoz mca is only a computer application in good for software field be computerscience b.tech I.T msc.software development is only have a small demand so better doing mba is good
