B.E mechanical is very good for career.you need not do anything for getting job just read hard your subjects.there are so many government and PSU jobs are avaliable for mechanical engineers.just read carefully and clear your fundamentals.this is the basic key to getting a job.

You can get job immediately after BE if you are a passout without backlogs and have good communication skills.
But going for higher studies is preferred only under conditions like If you want to work in any specialized field or wants to get more better qualification or cannot get good placements in your college or cannot get a job of expected salary then you can go for higher studies for some specialized courses. |

Hello Friend,
To get a decent and good job it is not always necessary to do some course.Even without doing any course even if you are strong in your subjects you can easily get a decent job in your relevant field.You can also sit in the PSU exams(public sector exams),or apply in private firms.And if you want to do a course then you can do fire safety courses which is in good demand especially in the arab countries or any other course of your choice. |

For good pay scale, after completing mechanical engineering the courses are CSWIP CERTIFICATION COURSE, DESIGNING, CAD/CAM, or else plan for MS if it is affordable.

well for mechanical engineers certain mechanical harrware course will be help ful...like doing certain course like michtronix in Govt. institutes like CTTC,CITD can fetch you respectable jobs

After BE mechanical engineering MBA is an option if you want to pursue a career in management. Also there are many options for you in the engineering stream itself. If you are interested in teaching or research profession then you can for Mtech with specialisation in any of the below stream.

Firstly .. it depend on the institution from which u r graduating....if it elite then definitely u will get nice job.... otherwise u dont get nice job .. then go for GATE exam for mtech. After which u can head for R&D or MNC.

You can start with any small industry when you gain experience from there you can have ample of opportunities.
So no neeed to go for any course search for job and take experience from there is much better option. |

if you want a job it is not necessery to do a higher course,you can do short term courses or you should have the basic knowlege of your fundamentals. course is not necessary

Sir, I'm pursuing Mechanical Engg. & I'm in 2nd year right now. Earlier, I decided to do MBA after BE then in Automobile Industry for high payscale job. But I'm very much interested in designing. Is there any possibility for me to opt for Design Management in Automobile Industry after MBA.
P.S.:I'm v.good in Design part, and my family says my mind works as per management area. |

After BE in mechanical you can get training in any private company and you can get the certificate. Using this certificate you can get the better the job in any private or government sector. Best of luck for your good carrier! |
