I did the diploma in civil after 10th so i have backlog in 6 semester so in case which course I do with having backlog except degree

With backlogs you are not eligible to get admission in any other course.

So, first you clear the backlog then only will become eligible for admission in B.Tech or any other course.

You can't do any course before completing your Diploma. So, your full focus should be on clearing the Backlog as soon as possible.

Without clearing your pending backlog of diploma course you are eligible to take up courses which are offered on the basis of Class 10th education as a diploma degree with active backlog is an invalid degree to apply for any course for which the minimum educational requirement is diploma or equivalent.

So, if you are looking to take up courses which are offered on the basis of diploma course or any equivalent course then you need to first clear your pending backlog of diploma course.
