what"s the criteria to select in any company?nd what the process of return exam which take it by company?

For get selected in any company. You have to first give the written exam and in it you get some reasoning question,some quantative aptitude question and english,general knowledge and then you have to clear an interview and by clearing that you can get selected in that company.
