hello,
i want to know that which stream should i take from cs or ece i got confused in it but i thought cs should be better please tell me soon

i think ECE is a good choice, bcoz in CS is detailed knowledge of computers like languages, softwares, hardwares etc.,, but in ECE, we got two choices that me want to go towards electronics or communication field..the computer knowledge is also provided in this stream nd if not then we can take computer course in our training sessions.... there is wide scope of ECE than CS......

thats a good question and needs a deep thinking. After the recession CSE has gone down market and so has IT but it may improve in the future.
on the other hand ECE is in great demand . And it gurantees promising future in both software and telecom companies for sure so better try for ECE..

Dear,every branch in engineering has its own importance even c.s and ece has its own importance in their places.However according to the competition of the markets there is huge possibilities of increase of demand of c.c engineers but it may be possible there will be decrease in next year of increase but ece has demand throughout the year and according to my suggestion you must take E.C.E.

I think Computer science is better choice for now a days.
IT field is going so fast now that there is good placement also and good scope in future for
OWn company too.
So go for cs this is good for your future.

ece is electronics branch..
cse is computer branch..
if u take any branch u have to work hard..my suggestion is CSE,as it gives good opportunites in software field and provides job quickly..and for ECE you must stuggle little bit..

It depends on the kind of job you're aiming for....
An ECE Graduate gets a chance to apply for Public sector Organisations like BHEL, BEL, BSNL(as JTO)....
Where as being an CS Graduate you'll have less opportunity to go into public sector but You'll have plenty of options from Companies.

Every stream is gud in its place..but i would suggest you to do civil..becauseif u do civil you could get better opportunities any where around the globe..coz many countries are developing countries..n also in dubai therez huge demand for civil engineers...if u do that u can also do your personal business like taking contracts etc..
if u are looking to select 1 stream form cse and ECE ..i say go for ECE..because..if u go for ece u can even apply for cse jobs..coz if u want to get a job in software company u can do short term courses after ur ece n apply for IT jobs...{ it is not the same with CSE..if u do CSE then u hav no opportunity other than getting a job in IT industry} ..i strongly suggest you to take ECE ...among CSE nd ECE....if not go for CIVIL ..civil will hav demand untill there is earth and the sky...

hai... according to me ECE is better that CS ECE has much more value and it is gettin filled up soon.. even the cut-off mark for ECE is higher that compared to CS... so ECE will be a better option

if you are pursuing for your B.Tech, it is better to go ECE stream. because your scope for job or higher studies will be broad.

I recommend you not to listen to anyone just do what your mind says because this is going to be the most important decision of your life!!!!

In terms of job prospects every field is good if you are good at it!!!!!

So go for what your mind says you are good at!!!

both cs and ece are very good in their own ways....as far as job opportunities are concerned ece students have an advantage as many IT companies accept ece students but very few companies based on ece accept CS students....so ece students has opportunities either to go in IT industry or in his field related companies.....

Its totally depends on your interest, but if you are a hard working and intelligent then go for ECE because ECE student has greater scope and you can be recruited in both IT as well as core companies like TCS, INFOYSIS, WIPRO...........

Purely the answer lies with you. Both the branches have their own set
of advantages and disadvantages.You have to go for a trade -off. CS branch opens up a vast field of software industry to you.But at the same time you should be ready to do coding and stuff in various languages.

On the other side of spectrum,ECE branch opens up vlsi and communication industry to you.But India has limited number of oppurtunities in vlsi field. Its still ramping up.You should be ready to do designing ICs and stuff

Btec in ECE is better than B.tec in Cse but it also deped on your interested.

i think ece is far better than cs.there have lots of scopes in jobs in higher studies. if you do btech ni cs then you can get jobs in only software sector.but if you in ec then you have chance in

1.govt sector.
2.electronics industry.
3.telecom industry.
4.software industry.

Both are good streams only. Presently, ECE is in more demand followed by CS. If you take CS, then the number of companies you attend in campus whereas the number of companies for ECE is countable. So, as per your wish , CS will help you a lot compared to ECE. Nowadays even ECE students are recruited in CS/IT industry.So, entering CS/IT industry after finishing ECE is better than joining CS. hey pal, if you really know what is CS and ECE then there will be not much of a problem in choosing. If you understand this, CS is a subset of ECE but the the converse is not true. CS course is a detailed study of computer and its softwar while ECE is base on any eloectronic devices and it also includes communication. And also in ECE we got to learn something about CS but not ECE in CS. And more often you can do CS through self study, but ECE by self study is a hard nut to crack, infact a herculean task. its also something close to impossible. And what i prefer is ECE and am sure many did so.

Since ECE is the core branch of CSE . so it would be better for you to do ECE as with the comp. knowledge you also got the knowledge of communication system with ECE branch .Also there is high market demand for ECE students if we compared to CSE students . so I will suggest you ECE is best option for you.

As in case in India we have more companies which provide good opportunities for IT sector.So its better to choose CSE.
