The Council of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India has introduced new syllabus for Foundation Program of Company Secretaryship course and as per the new syllabus, there will a total of 4 papers carrying 100 marks each:

Paper I: Business Environment and Entrepreneurship
Paper II: Business Management, Ethics and Communication
Paper III: Business Economics
Paper IV: Fundamentals of Accounting and Auditing

Other major changes made by the council in the Foundation Program Examination is as follows:

• There will be a total of four papers carrying 100 marks each.
• The examination would be conducted under the Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) system.
• There will be no negative marking under the Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) system examination.

but this doesn"t mean any thing u can without any Negative markin now .. but wat ll u do at the crucial stage of ur life when u ll b-com a CS. just think

Yes,foundation course is conducted in objective method.

Eligibility :

Foundation course :

You should qualified for 12th in any stream from recognized board.

Exams for this course is in December and June .

And DURATION for this course is - 6 months

And fee- 3600/-

yes dear cs foundation is a totally objective exam,

you have to get minimum 40% in all the individual paper and 50% over all to pass,

every correct answer will help you to get 1 marks and there is no negative marking

There will be Objective Type questions in the December CS foundation Exams.
