The registration fee of Company Secretary Course is as follows:

• Foundation Program- Rs.3600
• Executive Program- Rs.7000
• Professional Program-Rs.9000

In order to be able to write the June 2013 Term End examination of the Foundation Program, you will have to register for the Course on or before 30-09-2012. Since the registration is open throughout the year, you may enroll yourself for the Foundation Program anytime till 30th September 2012 to be able to appear for the June 2013 Term End examination.

Examination fees for the Professional Programme of the CS course is Rs 750 per module.
There are 4 modules in this stage
So total Exam fees is Rs 3000

Course fees for the CS professional Programme is :Rs 7500

You have to study the below papers in the 4 modules of the Professional Stage of the CS programme:

1. Company Secretarial Practice
2. Drafting, Appearances and Pleadings

Module II
1. Financial, Treasury and Forex Management
2. Corporate restructuring and insolvency
