Cutoff percentage required in 12th to secure BA(English) admission in Banaras Hindu University?
Hi everyone, I want to secure admission for BA with English Honours in Banaras Hindu University. I would like t know about the cutoff percentage which is required in 12th Board exam for securing admission in BHU for this BA course. Please tell me immediately.

Entrance examination is conducted for admission in BHU in undergraduate courses.
So, you have to appear and qualify in the entrance examination for admission in the course. The eligibility to appear for the examination is that candidate must have passed 12th from a recognised board. The minimum required aggregate is 50% in 12th to appear for the examination for general category. So, you need to do better preparation to qualify in the examination. Cut-off percentage required in 12th standard to secure BA (English) admission in Banaras Hindu University are at least 50% aggregate and, You have to score above 150 marks in entrance examination BHU UET to secure admission in BA (English) in Banaras Hindu University.

BHU is Banaras Hindu University and entrance examination is conducted for admission in its bachelor degree course.
The eligibility to appear in the examination to get admission in the course is that candidate must have passed 12th from a recognised board with minimum 50%. UET is conducted by BHU for admission in undergraduate course. Entrance examination is conducted every year for admission in the course.
The eligibility to appear for the B.A English course is that candidate must have passed 12th from a recognised board. Candidate must have scored minimum 50% aggregate and relaxation for reserved category. So, you just need to qualify in the examination for admission in the BHU. For getting admission in BHU ( Banaras Hindu University ) to pursue any undergraduate degree course, you are required to qualify BHU UET (Undergraduate Entrance Test ) held by BHU once every year.
Further, for appearing in the same examination for seeking admission in BA in English honors degree course, you are required to have completed your Class 12th in any stream with at least 50% marks from a recognized university. Marks relaxation of 5% allowed for reserved category candidates. Also, your age must lie under 22 years by the 1st July of that year in which you are going to appear in the same test. Candidates with 50% aggregate in 12th board examination are eligible to appear for UET ( University Entrance Test ) for admission in B.A course. There is relaxation in aggregate for reserved category.
The admission in the university is conducted through entrance test. So, you have to do the better preparation to qualify in the examination. |
