Deputy Field Officer DFO(GD) Post in Cabinet Secretariat is suitable for handicapped candidates or not?

I have received a letter from Cabinet Secretariat to appear written examination/CPT which is to be held on Feb'2018. I want to know whether this job is suitable for handicapped person with both legs or not? I have not filled any form of Cabinet Secretariat but this letter come to me to appear for the same.
