i want to know in detail abut bsc biotechnology entrance exam and colleges organising them in detail . so try to reply soon

Hello,
I would like to tell you that for B.Sc. Biotech. There is not so popular exams, generally you can get admission in any gov. College through your 12th percentage basis or may be there any councelling for that. Although in some gov. Colleges there may be GD,PI for entry but generally on your 12th percentage basis is enough. In private colleges you can get direct admission, may be some colleges demands for donation. Exams are conducted for M.Sc. Biotech. By JNU, AIIMS,AMU,BHU etc. And CBEE(combined biotech entrance exam) conducted by JNU. Ok best of luck.

Anyone who has completed his or her 10+2 with Science is eligible for applying for B.Sc in Biotechnology .
As far as employment is concerned it is one the fastest growing sectors. Careers are available for biotechnologist with pharmaceutical companies, chemical, agriculture and allied industries. Other areas of work include planning, production and management of bio-processing industries.

Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Bangalore, Baroda, Bhubaneshwar, Mumbai, Calcutta, Calicut, Chandigarh, Coimbatore, Dehradun, Delhi, Dharwar, Guwahati, Goa, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Jammu, Lucknow, Chennai, Madurai, Pant Nagar, Pondicherry, Danapur Cantt (Bihar), Pune, Ranchi, Shillong, Shimla, Thiruvananthapuram, Varanasi and Vijayawada.

* Marine Biotechnology (m.Sc.) can be4 studied at Goa University
* MTech in Biomedical Engineering and Biotechnology is available at Jadavpur University, IIT Delhi and Kharagpur, Anna University, Madras.

hi.. there is no and special exams for bsc.biotechnology . you can take admission directly in this course only you need a 10+2 certificate .and you can easily get admission of this course . http://entrance-exam.net/forum/images/icons/icon7.gif
