Through GPSC exam , you can get the highest gettable post as well which is of collector but you need to score very well in written test and also you need to very attractive through your knowledge in Interview session .

At present , there are only 15 posts available for it and the pay scale for it is
Rs. 16000-40000/- + Grade Pay of Rs. 5500/-

You need to be between 21 years to 30 years of age for sitting into it and the selections are completely based on merit list obtained from written exam ..

GPSC that is gujrat public service commission is the state level competitive exam which offers the posts like

1) tahasildar
2) police sub inspector
3) deputy collector
4) block division officer ( BDO )

these types of post are offered by the state level competitive exam like GPSC .

if you secure the descent total in the gpsc written exam then you will be called for an interview .
combined evaluation of written exam and interview is done and final state rank is obtained.
