Difference between BSc with Microbiology and BSc with PCM?

What is the difference b/w BSc with microbiology & BSc with PCM (in terms of career oppurtunities)? Which one is better?

the B.Sc in Microbiology is a specialised stream and B.Sc (PCM) is general stream. the best among them would be B.Sc Microbiologyas it will will ive you a opening in the specialised branch and the competion will be lesser with respect to the B.Sc (PCM) as all over ther will hell of a lot pupil with same degree.
