Respected Sir/Madam, I would like to know about the difference between Preliminary and Main exams of IAS. Kindly let me know about the differences between them. And also about the difference with Personal Interview. Waiting for your response!

Civil Service Examination is conducted by UPSC. It is conducted in three stages of examination.

The three stages are Preliminary, Mains and Interview.

So, candidate have to qualify in each stages of the examination for final selection.
