Please tell me whether distance learning MBA is equilvalent to any Master degree or its equivalent to only diplomas? After doing this, can we give any entrance exams whose minimum eligiblity is bachelor or master degree.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a masters degree program and therefore, it is equivalent to any other masters degree program offered by a recognized university.
Now, this particular program must be recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), either pursued through distance mode or through regular mode. If MBA is pursued from a university which is not recognized by All India Council for Technical Education, it will not be acceptable in most of the private as well as public sector organizations.
So, basically, if the MBA program pursued by a candidate is recognized by the council mentioned above, it will be treated equivalent to any other masters degree.

Is doing master of arts in english in distance program is equivalent to the general masters of arts in english

Yes distance learning is equivalent to a degree because in distance learning you learn all the same syllabus its just you will not be attending any college ,you will just sit for exam and yes the job opportunities are also same as those of degree,you will definitely get job based on your qualifications.
