My teacher told me to change my branch from computer science to electrical branch because there is very less scope in govt sector in this stream.suggest me what should i do??

I did my MCA,MTECH(comp sci) and doing my MBA in HRM,at present i'm working in INDIAN ARMED FORCES,am i eligible for bsnl jto or DGM posts and in psu's.
