It entirely depends upon the University one is willing to pursue the Bachelor of Education [B.Ed] program in with. There are some who conducts Entrance Examinations whereas the others take admission one the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying Examinations.

The minimum eligibility criteria for admission in to the B.Ed program in most of the recognized Universities are the same. Candidate must have completed the Bachelors Degree program or/and Masters Degree program in any discipline from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. Candidate belonging to reserved category gets exemption of marks up to a maximum of 5% depending upon the norms of the University. The B.Ed program needs to be approved by the National Council for Teacher Education [NCTE], in order to get recognition of the Degree on all India level.
